Olympics London 2012 Construction

I have not published a blog lately but here is a website that I have found very interesting on the construction of the various structures for the London Olympics in 2012. Their progress is coming along nicely.

The aim of these games was sustainability. The designers are reaching this aim by the use of various sustainable building practices, including the possibility that the main stadium could be disassembled and assembled elsewhere where needed. Such a re-use of a stadium of this size would be unprecedented.
